Swimming

 The reason why it's important to swim is so that you might drown in the water.

If people don't learn how to swim then swimming will be their biggest fear, the reason why we have school is so we can learn maths, writing and swimming. Cause if you went to the beach or pools and it was deep then you won't drown you will be able to swim. Swimming is important because you will drown or you will be scared. In college we have swimming contests. That's the reason why we have lifeguards so they can save us or kids when they drown.

If you live on land no water then you won't be able to swim. If you know how to swim then you will be confident. So if there was a tsunami/flood or hurricane you would know how to swim and you can go on the mountain. If there was someone drowning a lifeguard would straight away help you. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming. 

A best friend is a loving and helpful person.  It is important to swim because of other people that come where it's landlocked and they might drown because they’re not used to swimming. NZ has over 700 beaches. In 2018 68 people drowned and die (watersafety.org). There are 15,000 km of coastline, making it the 3rd longest coastline in NZ (wikipedia.org). Some people that are new to swimming take swimming lessons at the pools. It is important to swim so you can save one of your family members if you drown.

The last flower was a sunflower. It started 3.6 million years ago. The first organism archaea. Bear is in the animal kingdom. There are more in the animal kingdom. The first plant was a sea lettuce. There are 5 kingdom. The second to last plant is a carrot. They is 6 colour There are less The second organism is a spirochaete. Litia- Kingsnakes are medium size nonvenomous snakes that kill by constriction. A crocodile is related to the dinosaurs and birds - Kymani A flamingo is related to a T-REX. The Sunflower is the last flower to be born. Litia- Kingsnake colored in repeating patterns of Red, White and black Railey:a flatworm is a kind of worm that's from the lophotrochozoans family. Wesley:A platypus is the only animal that gives birth Mariah - Platypus is in the kingdom of animals. And a platypus is in the color Red. It is in the family of tetrapods. It existed 170 million years ago. chimpanzee are closely related to humans. EH Htoo Butterfly are beautiful bugs; they have an extraordinary life, the first kind involved in about 160 mya. A good friend

 A best Friend is a helpful loving Friend. Best friends are trustworthy and show them the right stuff.

A good friend is honest by telling the truth and not lying. A bff shows Honesty by going to their friend and confessing the truth and not gossiping. A friend doesn't backstab you. If your friend lies to you i wouldn’t trust them and i won’t tell them what's happening or not telling them my secrets. A Best friend is always trustworthy no matter what. I will trust my Best friend. A Friend is kind and helpful. If i trust my friend with my netbook and they break it then i would want them to tell them the truth.

When your Best friend is sick I would look after them and if they had a broken leg then i would sit with them and play chatter boxes or slime yuck yuck. If my friend writes bad stuff about me then I will tell them to tell me the truth. My friend always stands up for me. I'm interested in what my friends do in their life. If my friend needs help with something then I will help them. A best friend doesn't hurt your feelings, a friend cheers you up instead. My friends are Wesley, Cedric, Isi, Havea, Kordell, Auckland, Paula, Raymond, Railey and Little kids.

Friends are Honest, Honest enough to tell you the truth just like my Best Friends Wesley and Cedric. A friend doesn't distract you when you're writing or doing a test. A friend is supposed to be a good influence and doesn't force you to do stuff. If a little kid was playing with no one I would go to them and be their good friend forever. Trust is something you value. My Good friend is Wesley and Cedric cause they give me feedback. Wesley and Cedric encourage me to play in tournaments and listen to my ideas. Me and Cedric always walked to our house and played around as we were walking. When i would walk home with Cedric he made me and my sisters and his own sister laugh by saying funny things/jokes. Me Wesley and Cedric are close friends but sometimes when we talk too much we get splitted up. We all look after each other and help each other when one of us is stuck. We would give each other nicknames like the shield or another team name. 

Me cedric and wesley have common interests. We all have friend ships towards each other. We all like the same games and the same sports like Rugby, Touch, Invisible Touch, Fortnite, Cod, Shell shockers and krunker. Me wesley and cedric would always go on the calls so we can talk to each other and play games together. 

It is important for your hauora to have friendships with people your own age. Good friends are Trustworthy helpful and show feedback.
